How to participate in exhibition and networking?

1. Exhibitors are composed of :

   ·Tourism administration, conference & exhibition office, commercial bureau, promotion office, conference & exhibition association, and the like;
   ·Conference centers, conference hotels, hotel groups, tourism groups;
   ·Conference and tourism service companies;
   ·Technique supporters;
   ·Conference design & construction;
   ·Transport & travel services;
   ·Conference & exhibition tourism education and training.
   ·Other services.

2. Approach for Participation

(1) Special Decoration Booths: located in the North of the exhibition hall of the fourth floor, China National Convention Center, with each booth covering an area of 36 square meters. These booths are empty area able to provide package services.
(2) Standard Booths: located in the North of the exhibition hall of the fourth floor, China National Convention Center, with each booth covering an area of 9 square meters. These booths provide package services with the price of RMB 28800, and include the following services:
   ·Free participation of 2persons
     RMB 3500 charged for each attendee, which includes fees for meals (lunch and supper on Nov. 28-Nov. 29, 2012, as well as Nov. 30, 2012), conference fees and materials fees.
    ·Participation of 2 people in the “Meetings and Incentives Fair”
     RMB 2500 charged for each attendee, which includes the entrance ticket to the “Meetings and Incentives Fair” in the afternoon of Nov. 29, 2012, fees for networking institutions dissemination (350-400 characters for each introduction).
    ·RMB 5800 charged per page for each advertisement on the CMIC 2012 Brochure;
    ·A booth of 3m*3m
    ·At least ten pre-arranged appointment programs with conference buyers (on Nov. 30, 2012)

Equipment of standard booths:

  ·Each standard booth is equipped with a consultation form, a glass-made table, three folding chairs, three spot lights, an electric outlet (220V/5A), and a garbage bin;
  ·A fascia board inscribed with English and Chinese names as well as the booth number (available immediately);
  ·Three walls, carpet, and fascia board (in Chinese and English).

3. Procedure of attending the fair

(1) Meetings and incentives fair (Nov. 29, 2012)
  Approach for participation:
  ·Buying the entrance ticket, RMB 2500 per person;
  ·Package price being RMB5500 per person, covering fees of conference and appointment programs;
  ·Buying booth, RMB 28800 per person for a standard booth;
  ·Buying a special decoration booth.
(2) Pre-arranged appointment program
  ·Attending by buying booth, RMB 28800 per person for a standard booth;
  ·Each booth expected to have at least ten conference appointment programs with conference buyers;
  ·Buying a special decoration booth;
  ·Specific number of appointments with conference buyers to be determined.

4. Procedure of participation in the convention

  ·Filling out the application form;
  ·Selecting booth;
  ·Signing a contract;
  ·Paying fees;
  ·Other follow-up work.
