Corporate Meetings Planning & Operation Management Forum: Improving Capacity for Conference Planning & Management to Offer More to Corporation¡¯s Development

 

Corporate Meetings Planning & Operation Management Forum was held in the afternoon of Nov. 29th, 2012, with its theme being Improving Capacity for Conference Planning & Management to Offer More to Corporation¡¯s Development. This forum has taught meeting players of corporations a lot. Ms. Hersey Cao, President and CEO of AcrossChina Communication, anchored this forum, and other attendees took enthusiastic participation in it by actively voicing out their ideas, which was presented extremely outstanding during the heated interaction part.

 
Wang Xuejun, Marketing Manager of F5 Network China, delivered a talk entitled Principles & Methods for Corporations¡¯ Meetings Management, noting the core value of conference marketing lies in the service, meanwhile conference marking itself is an easy way to discover potential opportunities, a perfect channel to build brands, and also a premier pathway to retain long-time relations with customers and quicken customers¡¯ recognition of the meetings industry. Ms. Anna, President of HRH Communications, shared with other peers issues deserving attention through a speech named Planning and Organizing of Corporations¡¯ High-end Conferences, based on her 10+ years¡¯ involvement in high-end conference reception. Specifically, she explained the process of planning & organizing high-end conferences in the following three aspects, namely, the caliber of attendees, specifications of conference venues, as well as service contents and quality. Besides, Yang Ji, Vice President of BlueStrategy (Beijing) Consulting Co., Ltd addressed on the topic of Activities Planning in Fashion Marketing. He held that to understand the conception of fashion marketing should ground on the perception of marketing, with execution, creativity and resources all being available. In addition, Wang Yue, Executive Director of HelmsBriscoe China, gave a speech called Corporations¡¯ Conference Purchasing Modes & Future Development, and Zhou Jingjing, Vice President of Trends, talked over Key Points & Difficulties facing Conferences Planning and Management.


As this forum went on, the precious experience shared by our distinguished guests was well recognized by attendees, making this forum a great success.
